To produce a wine with excellent characteristics is a science in and of itself and we are fully committed to achieving this goal in each stage of the winemaking process, which starts with the selection of rootstocks, according to soil type and grape variety.

After the soil layers have been carefully analysed and the rootstocks planted, all the requirements have been met for the vine to grow to the highest standards of quality and yield the best grapes. After the grapes have reached maturation, within the parameters specified by our technicians in terms of level of acidity and sugar content forecast by sampling, the grapes are harvested. The grapes are then taken to tanks where fermentation takes place with the use of the latest stainless steel and cooling technology.
